Rusha Bose has been working as a freelance cinematographer for over a decade on narrative feature films, feature-length documentaries, music videos, and short films. Some of her works include fictional feature, Devi Aur Hero (NETPAC Award/2020 Kolkata Film Festival) and feature documentary, Goni (Best Film/Global Voices/2023 Jackson Wild Awards).

J. Dehitta is the founder of an independent media production agency Dream But Don’t Sleep (DBDS). His clients have included Meta, Viacom, Adidas, Timberland, Coinbase, Universal Music Group, The Garcia Companies, Serato, and Samsung. DBDS’ work with New York Magazine’s The Cut x J. Crew earned a Webby Award in 2019. DBDS creates commercial content, documentaries, and original short films.

His filming and editing work spans documentary series, promotional films, and original short features, each crafted to engage audiences and reveal compelling narratives. Seth is currently Director of Photography & Videography at WMCHealth and owner of Vast Videography.

Maxine Ann Evangelista DeHitta creates pathways intersecting her various artistic interests: movement, writing, film, and live performance. Her passions lie in tending to her Filipino ancestral roots through storytelling, creatively documenting authentic voices, and nurturing her relationship with her daughter. Maxine is a producer for stage and film and is also a manager, video editor, and producer for Dream But Don’t Sleep.

Srimallya Maitra is a filmmaker, cinematographer, and composer based in Kolkata. With a keen eye for visual storytelling, he has contributed to various documentary projects, capturing compelling narratives across diverse locations. Srimallya is also an AI researcher and composer, pushing the boundaries of storytelling through sound and visuals, and the founder of The LumenWorks, a wedding photography company.
VARUN DESAI
Sound Recordist
Varun Desai is a sound recordist and music archivist with a background in computer engineering. His work explores the intersections of sound, technology, and interactive design, often utilizing binaural microphones and custom-built recording setups to capture immersive auditory experiences. He is the founder of Synthfarm, India’s leading residency for synthesis and modular sound, and the director of the Kolkata Jazzfest.
